In 2010, Electrolux sold more than 40 million products. Almost half of them were sold under the global Electrolux brand.
Consumer Durables comprises products for kitchens, fabric care and cleaning. Professional Products comprises corresponding products for professional users, e.g., industrial kitchens, restaurants and laundries.
The Group’s products are sold in more than 150 markets. The largest of these are in Europe and North America. Operations are organized in six business areas. Consumer Durables consists of four regional business areas for major appliances and one global business area for small appliances, Professional Products is a single global business area.
The share capital of Electrolux consists of A-shares and B-shares. An A-share entitles the holder to one vote and a B-share to one-tenth of a vote.
