Career development at Electrolux is a dual responsibility shared between the employee and Electrolux.

This means that each manager is responsible for developing his or her people and their career. In turn, each individual is responsible for seeking out new challenges and actively managing his or her career. And we consider people development a key managerial skill.

Our open job-market approach aims at increasing career opportunities and mobility. We have developed a company job posting and recruitment database (Open Labor Market, OLM) that is used as a springboard for employees to seek career opportunities within the Electrolux Group.

OLM job listings are also available on this website. All white collars non temporary vacancies should be posted on the OLM. This promotes transparency and gives all applicants equal opportunity to apply for positions throughout the Group.
